About Forrest...

Forrest Flashman has been a Licensed Massage  Practitioner since 1985 and has a Masters in Holistic Psychology from Antioch University (1986).

Forrest’s work is often described as “deep therapeutic massage with a sensitive touch.” His current focus is in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Lomi Therapy, Neurolink, and Rossiter System.

Forrest studied with Stanislov Grof for 5 years in Transpersonal Psychology and Holotropic Breathwork and has facilitated weekend intensives for 10 years in Seattle area.

Forrest has taught High School, Jr. High School, and coached kids in the Methow Valley for 9 years. He is passionate about health and physical fitness and helping other people optimize their own health.

He enjoys playing 1950’s rock and roll piano (Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Fats Domino, etc.)  He designed and built his house, barn, music studio and sauna.
